Dr. Max Castillo, DC – Arlington Location
Dr. Max Castillo was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in Edinburg, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas in 1998. Dr. Castillo attended and graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2003. He worked at a multi-disciplinary clinic in Fort Worth and has been providing care here at Davis Pain & Injury for 3 ½ years.
Dr. Bradley E. Halverson, DC – Fort Worth Location
Dr. Halverson graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 with a BS in health and sports science. During that time, he completed graduate coursework in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and research methodology. Due to various athletic injuries while in high school, Dr. Halverson was drawn to chiropractic at an early age. Wanting to further his knowledge of the human body, he attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1997. Since that time, he has been practicing in the DFW area.
During his 16 years of clinical practice, he has treated patients encompassing all facets of musculoskeletal injuries, including work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports injuries. He has completed post-graduate training in neurology, nutrition, athletic injury care and prevention, and whiplash treatment. He recently had the opportunity to work in an orthopedic surgery practice where he gained significant hands-on experience with knee and shoulder injuries. He has served as team doctor for the Korean Taekwondo Institute since 2003.
Dr. Halverson continues to pursue his educational and personal interests in nutrition, functional medicine, strength, and conditioning, as well as martial arts training. He enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and fishing. He is passionate about wellness, nutrition, and cooking. He is married to his wife of five years, Venessa. Together they have two dogs, Maxx and Bentley.
Dr. John Armitage, DC – North Dallas Location
Dr. Armitage received his doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic. He attended Ohio State University where he received his bachelor’s degree. Since graduation, he has specialized in personal injury care, sports injuries, and soft tissue injuries. Dr. Armitage has training in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal disc/spinal stenosis/spinal herniation and spinal degeneration. This approach includes using the latest therapeutic and diagnostic equipment as well as working in conjunction with doctors specializing in pain management, orthopedics, and neurology. This allows his patients to receive the best possible care. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and playing basketball. He is an avid fan of college football.
Dr. Tony Vazant, DC – Carrollton Location
Dr. Tony Vanzant attended Oklahoma State University while pursuing his undergraduate degree in Biology. He then graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 2013 with his bachelors in Human Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic. His compassion and attention to detail are demonstrated through positive patient outcomes. Dr. Vanzant specializes in neuromuscular, soft tissue, and spinal injuries related to car accidents, sports injuries, work related injuries, and every day wear and tear. When Dr. Vanzant isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys almost any outdoor activity including golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Dr. Saed Abusad, DC – Plano Location
Dr. Saed Abusad attended the Parker college of chiropractic in Dallas, one of the most challenging scientific based colleges in the world of chiropractic. He holds a bachelor of science degree with premed specialization and bachelor’s degree of both anatomy and health and wellness. Prior to his studies at Parker he earned a degree at SMU.
